1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using nkay aesthetics’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

nkay aesthetics provides professional dermatology and aesthetic treatment services. Our services include:

• ·Cosmetic procedures and aesthetic treatments
• ·Skincare product recommendations and sales
• ·Follow-up care and support

3. Appointments

Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or in person. Confirmation of your appointment will be sent via email or SMS.

Cancellation Policy

• ·Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• ·Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee
• ·No-shows will be charged 50% of the treatment cost
• ·Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Payment Terms

• ·Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
• ·We accept cash, mobile money, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards
• ·Treatment packages must be paid in full or according to agreed payment plans
• ·Prices are subject to change without notice
• ·All sales are final unless otherwise stated

5. Medical Consent

By receiving treatments at nkay aesthetics:

• ·You consent to examination and treatment by our qualified practitioners
• ·You agree to provide accurate medical history and current health information
• ·You understand potential risks and side effects have been explained
• ·You acknowledge that results may vary and are not guaranteed
• ·You agree to follow post-treatment care instructions

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• ·Provide complete and accurate medical information
• ·Disclose all medications, allergies, and health conditions
• ·Follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
• ·Attend scheduled follow-up appointments
• ·Inform us immediately of any adverse reactions
• ·Treat staff and other clients with respect

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.
